Cancellation policy for consumers and specimen cancellation form
Consumers – i.e. any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside his or her trade, business or profession – can cancel their contractual declaration in contracts for pecuniary interest subject to the following requirements:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days. You do not need to state the reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier have or has the last goods in possession.

The customer must bear the costs of return postage. Packages that are sent to us without postage paid will be rejected and returned to the customer.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can do this using the enclosed specimen cancellation form, but you are not obliged to use it.
It is sufficient for observance of the cancellation period that you send the notification that you are exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising because you chose a method of delivery different from the cheapest standard delivery we offered), without delay and within not more than fourteen days from the date on which we received notification from you that you were cancelling this contract. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged a fee for this refund.
We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods back again or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or deliver the goods to us without delay and in any case within not more than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us that you are cancelling this contract. The time limit is deemed observed if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You must only make up for any loss in the value of the goods if this loss of value arises because you have handled the goods to an extent not required for examination of their condition, properties and function.
